question?

is it okay to do a 5 mile walk/run (mostly walk), and at the half way point stop and have a b.l.t., fries, and a chocolate malt from the Forks?

if it's not, i'm gonna have to stop training at Bass Lake.

b.t.w. until 3 years ago we lived in beautiful Bass Lake (we now live 40 miles south).
It is not so lovely where we live now, but it is ours.

I mostly just drive to the Forks... burger with american cheese on sourdough...perfection! I traced a dress my daughter had to make the pattern for the Elmo dress.. There is a by Butterick that is the same, but I don't do so well with store patterns. Enjoy!

All you have to do is finish your run at the Forks. Sounds good to me.

Either that or run at my house and I promise I won't feed you until you're done. My kids would love to share their chicken nuggets and milk with you (Benise).

Not quite the same, huh? Love you friend!

I think that is 100% okay with me. I'd love to be there right now :)

Ha! Yes, that would be me, too. :) So, I say, yeah, it's okay. :) And enjoy!!!

Well, it's certainly better than eating all that without the run/walk, right?

What's the point of exercise if you can't have the chocolate malt and B.L.T at the end? Heather and Rosie say, "YES!!!!...... and wish we could join you!"

I think it's okay as long as you RUN all the way back home to burn it all off! :)
